Ferrari Modena 360 – Tamiya 1/25

Posted by Paul On May - 18 - 2009

I built this model for my son Duke. I sprayed it with a Tamiya rattle can – Ferrari Red. The kit went together without any problems and is quite detailed. There was metal foil stickons included for the nameplates and fine mesh material for the air intakes. I made up small license plates for it that say Duke.

Ducati 916 – Tamiya 1/12

Posted by Paul On May - 18 - 2009

I have 2 friends that own or have owned this motorcycle. I noticed how nice Tamiya does their mototcycle models and decided I would build one. I used the Tamiya Ferrari Red rattle can to spray the bike fenders and skirts etc. The exhaust pipe was sprayed various colors to depict heat discoloration. Bare Metal Foil was used to replicate hose clamps, and I sanded down the tires to show a little wear. I’m a 4 wheel vehicle type of guy – but I do love my Ducati.
